By accessing or using ReviewFlowAI's platform, website, NFC cards, QR codes, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReviewFlowAI, Inc.
2. Description of Service
ReviewFlowAI provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses automate customer review collection and social media content generation. The Service includes NFC and QR code-based customer engagement tools, AI-generated review and content creation, multi-platform publishing support (Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), analytics dashboards, and white-label solutions for agencies.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: use the Service to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews; impersonate any person or entity; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is intended to assist customers in expressing their genuine experiences. You acknowledge that: AI-generated content is a starting point that customers may edit before publishing; you are responsible for ensuring that reviews posted through the Service reflect genuine customer experiences; ReviewFlowAI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet the specific guidelines of any third-party platform; the final decision to publish any content rests with the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by ReviewFlowAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use your business information solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content created through the Service is licensed to you for your business use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlowAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results, including review counts, rankings, or revenue increases.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
